STRONG.
HONEST.
obtainable.
I'm Emily — K9 handler, ISSA-certified trainer, and the coach you hire when you are done with "I don't have time, I don't know where to start, I don't know what to do in the gym."
FILE 01 · THE COMPLAINT
The mirror story.
You wake up at 5. Work at 6. Home by 5. Nap, eat, scroll, sleep.
Tomorrow you tell yourself the same thing you told yourself today: I need to workout again.
That sentence has been on repeat for months. Maybe years. It is not a discipline problem. It is a setup problem. Nobody handed you a plan that respects the life you actually live.
I will.
// SOLUTION
HOT TAKE · FOR YOUR EYES
Instagram, TikTok, and social media in general guide women in the wrong direction when it comes to fitness. You see Instagram models claim to maintain year-round shredded abs. That goal is unrealistic for women. I used to chase the same picture. I am happier, healthier, and stronger with a better understanding now — and I would like to lead other women in the right direction, so they are also comfortable in their own skin.
Fitness and health are extremely over-complicated. I can help set obtainable, realistic goals along with a simple workout plan and nutrition tips.

/ ISSA CERTIFIEDFILE 02 · THE OBJECTIVE
Three things clients
actually say.
Real quotes from real intake forms. The numbers below are what eight to twelve weeks of honest work usually produces.
"I want to be able to do more than one push up."
"I want to get ready for BLET."
"I need to get my food right."
FILE 03 · TESTIMONY
I told her I couldn't do one push-up. Eight weeks later I signed up for BLET. She never lied to me about what was possible.
I stopped eating cereal for dinner because I finally had the energy to cook. Emily makes the gym make sense.
"I lost 18 lbs in 14 weeks and I'm stronger than I was at 22. No crash diet. No 6 a.m. boot camp. Just three lifts a week and a coach who answered every dumb question."
FILE 04 · S.O.P.
How a patrol with me works.
Briefing
We talk. No pitch. I learn your schedule, your history, your one real goal. You learn whether I am actually the right coach for you. If I am not, I will tell you.
Loadout
I write your plan around your life. Three lifts a week, food targets you can hit at a gas station, walks short enough that you actually take them. No 6-day splits for a 60-hour week.
Patrol
You train. I check in weekly. We adjust. I do not text you at 6 a.m. asking if you walked — you are an adult, you hired a coach, not a parole officer.
Proof
Week eight we retest. The bar weighs more. The mirror story changes. You decide what we add next.
FILE 05 · HANDLER
Why Megan Leavey hangs over my desk.
She went through a traumatic event with her K9 and pushed forward anyway, instead of letting the past hold her. That is the whole job — yours, mine, every client of mine. The work is not glamorous. It is repeatable.
I'm a current K9 handler. I am also the coach who will not sell you a plan I would not run myself.
FILE 06 · OBJECTIONS
What I get asked.
I don't have time. How is this any different?
Three lifts a week, 45 minutes each. Two short walks. That is the floor. If your week looks like 60 hours and a commute, this is built for that — not against it.
I've tried before and quit. Why would this stick?
Most programs are designed for people who already train. This one starts where you actually are. We progress on a calendar that respects your sleep and your stress, not a screenshot from someone else's life.
I have zero gym confidence.
Good. That tells me you're paying attention. Week one we use the bar only and learn what challenging-but-controlled feels like. Confidence is a side effect of competence, not the other way around.
