Who we are
EV Personal Training is owned and operated by Emily Vestal, an ISSA-certified personal trainer based in Jonesville, NC. Throughout this policy "we," "us," and "EV-PT" refer to the same person.
What we collect
This website does not run forms, accounts, or analytics that collect personally identifiable information. When you choose to contact us via phone, email, or Facebook, you share the contact information attached to that channel.
Clients who enlist in a program share intake information voluntarily — typically goal, training history, weight, height, age, sex, and a basic health questionnaire. This is used only to write programming and is never sold or shared.
Cookies
This site uses no marketing cookies, no third-party tracking pixels, and no advertising networks. The site refuses to do the thing that would make its owner cringe.
Third parties
Outbound links to Facebook are governed by Facebook's privacy policy. We do not control or receive data from those platforms.
Your rights
You can request that any information you have shared with EV-PT be deleted at any time by emailing emilyvestal25@gmail.com. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable period.
