Pick your gear.

No prices on the site. No sales tactics. Read the brief, message me if it sounds like the right setup, and we'll talk about whether I'm actually the right coach for you before any money moves.

Standing Order

I will not accept payment to provide a service that I know is unrealistic and not obtainable. If your goal does not fit one of these programs, I will tell you — and I will not sell you the wrong one anyway.

The Foundation

8-week starter program

For the woman who has never lifted, or lifted years ago and cannot remember how to start.

Three full-body lifts a week, 45 minutes each. We start with the bar, calibrate what challenging-but-controlled actually feels like, then progress on a calendar that respects your sleep and your stress. Two short walks a week. A protein target you can hit at a gas station if you have to. Weekly check-ins by text — I respond, we adjust, that's it. By week eight you will have squatted, hinged, pushed, and pulled enough real reps that the gym stops being a room you have to psych yourself up to enter. The first push-up will land. The bar will weigh more. The mirror story will change. This is the on-ramp for everything else.
  • ✚ Three lifts a week, written for your gym
  • ✚ Weekly text check-ins (real coach, no bots)
  • ✚ Protein + calorie targets, no meal-plan tupperware sermon
  • ✚ Form video review on every new lift
  • ✚ Eight weeks · realistic milestones

The Build

3-month transformation

For the woman who finished The Foundation, or already has a base, and wants to actually see and feel a body change.

Twelve weeks. Four lifts a week if your recovery says yes, three if it says no. We move from calibration into real progression — heavier numbers on the main lifts, accessory work for the muscle groups you have ignored your whole adult life (usually your back), and a nutrition plan that flexes between fat-loss and recovery weeks instead of grinding one direction until you crack. This is where the body changes that people notice in clothes. It is also where the brain changes that nobody but you notices — the part where the gym is on the calendar the way work is on the calendar, with no negotiation required.
  • ✚ 3-4 lifts a week, periodized
  • ✚ Fat-loss and recovery phases — built into the plan
  • ✚ Bi-weekly progress reviews (numbers + photos optional)
  • ✚ Macro adjustments based on real data, not guesses
  • ✚ Twelve weeks · visible + measurable change

Inner Circle

1:1 coaching · ongoing

For the woman who has done the work and wants a coach in her corner permanently — not for a season.

Direct access to me, in-person or fully online. I write your plan, I rewrite it the second your life changes, and I am the person you text when you don't know what to do. Programming for performance goals — BLET prep, hiking trips, a first powerlifting meet, getting comfortable in a sleeveless shirt at your own wedding. Real goals on a real calendar. This is the longest-term, highest-touch tier. I keep the roster small on purpose. If it is full, it is full — there is no waitlist trick to manufacture scarcity.
  • ✚ 1:1 in-person sessions in Jonesville, NC (or fully online)
  • ✚ Custom programming written for your goal, not a template
  • ✚ Direct text/voice access between sessions
  • ✚ Nutrition coaching built in
  • ✚ Roster is intentionally small

Online Coaching

Remote · anywhere

For the woman who already has a gym, a garage, or a hotel-room dumbbell setup and wants me in her ear, not in the room.

Full programming and weekly check-ins delivered through your phone. The same standards I run with in-person clients. We work in the gym you already use, on the budget you already keep, with the schedule that already exists. You send me a screenshot of your training log, a sentence about how the week went, and a form video when a new lift shows up. I respond. If you travel for work, if your closest commercial gym is 30 minutes away, if you train at 5 a.m. before anyone in your house wakes up — this is built for that life.
  • ✚ Custom 4-week programming blocks
  • ✚ Weekly check-in + adjustment
  • ✚ Form video review
  • ✚ Macros + grocery framework
  • ✚ All gear options — full gym, garage, or dumbbells only

Group Training

Small group · in-person

For the woman who trains harder with two friends than she ever will alone.

Capped, small-group strength training in Jonesville, NC. Same programming standards as 1:1 — you are not doing a watered-down circuit, you are doing a real strength session with two or three other women on the same wavelength. Groups stay small because coaching does not scale past a certain point and I will not pretend otherwise. If you have two friends ready to go, message me and we will build a group around the three of you.
  • ✚ Capped roster (2–4 women)
  • ✚ Real strength programming — not a circuit
  • ✚ Coaching attention on every set
  • ✚ Built around your group's schedule

Nutrition Planning

Standalone · 6-week build

For the woman who has the workout part figured out and knows the food part is the leak.

A six-week nutrition-only engagement. We set calories, protein, and fiber targets based on Mifflin-St Jeor — the same calculator I use for every client. We build a grocery framework that survives a real week, including the nights you eat out and the mornings you do not have time for breakfast. You leave knowing exactly how much to eat, what to prioritize, and what to do when you fall off — because you will fall off, and the difference between a client who succeeds and one who doesn't is the recovery plan, not the original plan.
  • ✚ Initial macro + calorie targets
  • ✚ Grocery framework built around your real life
  • ✚ Weekly check-ins for adjustments
  • ✚ A fall-off recovery plan (not a guilt trip)
  • ✚ Six weeks · standalone or stacks with The Foundation

NOT SURE WHICH

Then ask.

A 15-minute call. I will tell you which program fits your life, your goal, and your timeline — or I will tell you none of them do.
